The Lionel Peanuts Christmas train for around the tree is the perfect gift to give a Peanut and train collector. As for the use to be made of this train, I’d say that it’s not made for the kids to play like they’d do with a Fisher Price train, however placed on table or a train diorama, they will enjoy controlling the train, making it move forwards and backwards and increasing or reducing its speed.

When used as a Christmas train for under the tree, I generally recommend the removal of the under the tree carpet so as to provide a plane surface for the tracks to be placed and not fall apart.
